Nepal and Tibet. Kora around Kailash

Nepal and Tibet. Kora around Kailash.

Traveling to Tibet through Nepal and making Kora around Kailash is an unforgettable experience that will enrich your life with new experiences and become a source of transformation for you.

The tour consists of four parts. The first part is acclimatization, it will take place in the area of the sacred lake Gosaikunda with an ascent to Surya Peak.

Having well prepared your body for difficult high-altitude trekking, you will go to

the sacred lakes of Manasarovar and Rakshas, where you can soak in the hot springs.

The third part is the most important in our journey and the most difficult. Making the outer kora around Kailash, the sacred mountain for four religions and more than a billion people.

On this path you will pass 53 kilometers and overcome the Dolma pass.

The last part of this trip will be relaxation and ethnographic. You will reach the Valley of Happiness, where apricot trees bloom everywhere and the locals lead their way of life, like hundreds of years ago. And finally, returning to Kathmandu, you will have a whole day to study in detail the unique architectural monuments that are part of the UNESCO heritage.

Patan has the largest number of historical monuments of the Kathmandu Valley - more than 1200 temples, stupas, bahals (courtyards) of various shapes and sizes are scattered across the squares and streets within the old city. The complex of buildings on Durbar Square is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Next, the group will visit one of the most famous Buddhist stupas in the world - Swayambhunath.

Legends say that many millions of years ago the entire valley lay at the bottom of a large lake, from which a huge lotus grew.
